If you are not the owner of a venue, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide the submitted information. Venue owners may request the removal or correction of listings at any time by contacting us.

You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your submissions publicly, including on other platforms if needed.

We may edit, suspend, or permanently remove listings at our sole discretion, including where information is inaccurate, misleading, or subject to dispute.

5. Public Nature of Listings

Venue information submitted to the Platform may be publicly displayed.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to submit content.

You acknowledge that once published, information may be viewed, copied, or shared by third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Post content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, or unlawful
• Submit content about third parties without their consent
• Engage in conduct that could impair other users' access to the Platform or the Platform's operation or security

We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

Sipuno is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Interactions between users and listed venues
• Platform downtime or errors

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to AUD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
